At Bamboogie Days we run baby massage, baby yoga, and toddler dance classes at the Cinnamon Club in Bowdon. Our prime objective is to work with you to give your child the gift of movement.
We focus on enabling you to not only take part in an activity your child but also give you a chance to meet other parents and carers in your area.

Bamboogie Days offers simultaneous classes for you and your baby and toddler
1. Babies
Baby Massage from birth to mobile. Baby Yoga from 8 weeks to crawling
2. Toddlers
Dancing classes from walking to preschool age. The dance classes are for both toddler and parent / guardian and focus on introducing you both to ballroom, Latin American and Freestyle dancing.
Bamboogie Days offers a unique experience as it provides entertainment for your toddler whilst you get quality time with your baby. All of our classes are run by fully qualified instructors who are CRB checked.
